We will send in any relevant information we have on the block. we appreciate block deals are a big project and do not expect a quick turnaround, so we would not expect a price for a few days. Once agreed, we will put your price across to see if the vendor would be happy to grant a viewing on those basis.
Payment works in two ways. We have the traditional sourcing fee, and our prices are linked on our prices page . Alternatively for block opportunities, we can disregard the upfront sourcing fee but instead request a monthly commission throughout the whole duration of the tenancy. Monthly commission price is case by case and can be discussed and agreed by both parties beforehand.
