At Smart Choice, We believe in keeping our fees transparent and simple, while making sure they reflect the value and scale of each property deal.

Social Housing Providers

  • Flat Fee: £1000 per property
  • Monthly Commission: From £100 per month (bulk acquisition monthly)

Rent-to-Rent & Supported Living

  • Sourcing Fees: £1000 – £3500 per deal (Fees depend on property size)

Partnerships & Co-Sourcers

  • Co sourcers 50% Commission Split
  • Referrals - £200 one off
